We’ve always used a Natura system to produce fresh, clean water. The machine filters the water without the use of chemicals and serves the water three ways: room temperature, chilled, or sparkling.

This means the great water carafes on your table have just been filled by your server and have never seen a bottle—creating no waste from emptied bottles, requiring no recycling of fancy bottled waters, and requiring no carbon offsets for the water’s transportation. Recently, Tack Back the Tap contacted us to join them in their effort to reduce the use of bottled water. Since we’ve been doing it from day one, we immediately signed up!
