Often paired with goat cheese, sip the blush rosé with our refreshing Fresh Beet and Warm Goat Cheese Watercress Salad. Or try the Viognier paired with a spicy dish like our hot Mussels and Calamari Fra Diavolo.

This Sunday, Chief Mixologist Jon Arroyo will take on five other top Washington mixologists in a cocktail combat. Contestants will have 20 minutes to concoct a drink using Jefferson’s signature bourbon.
Battlegrounds are in the Jefferson Hotel Quill Lounge. Tickets to the event are $50 and include passed cocktails and snacks beginning at 2:00 pm. At 3:00 pm, the battle begins, guests will sample the goods, and only one mixologist will reign supreme. Good luck, Jon!

Choose a three-course lunch or dinner from our unique list of farm-fresh offerings. Lunch is $20.11 and dinner is $35.11 per person, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity.
For the first time, Farmers & Fishers will also offer the Sunday brunch buffet at Restaurant Week lunch prices, just $20.11 per person.
